With my camera I explore order and beauty in nature. I endeavor to capture those fleeting moments when light touches a leaf, a ripple, a wave. I love vibrant colors that energize. I also seek soft palettes that convey peace and serenity.
Seeking the best light, I wake up at 4am, trudge uphill in the dark, set up my tripod in twilight and wait for those first rays to light up the scene, highlighting the crests of dunes, throwing long shadows, and creating magical combinations of light and land.
